Safety - Safety is our first consideration in the operation of our business. It is a part of every division and the responsibility of every employee. Our employees are trained to be constantly aware of the conditions in all work areas which can produce injuries.

Components of safety program: Quality - ALL PRO Electrical Technology, Inc. strives to exceed our customers’ expectations by supplying the highest quality services and products available. Our divisions are committed to completing projects on-time and within budget by conforming to all known requirements, which includes local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as the expectations of our customer.

Our management and employees understand quality installations are the key to our success and directly influence repeat customers and referrals to new customers.

Teamwork - Our divisions work closely with each other to provide our customers with turnkey projects. We have licensed journeyman and master electricians, BICSI certified technicians, NICET certified technicians, precision millwrights, certified welders, experienced assembly personnel, knowledgeable controls engineers, and experienced project managers on staff to help our customers with all of their needs.
EDUCATION

ALL PRO Electrical Technology, Inc. believes the education of all staff is key to our success and future growth. We maintain an education assistance program to further our employees’ knowledge in their specific position or to provide further advancement in their field. Classes are generally available through our area community colleges or seminars on specific topics.

We are also proud to maintain a 4 year apprenticeship program through the ABC. The ABC is a national construction industry trade association representing nearly 21,000 chapter members in 70 chapters across the United States.
